if you're applying for a mortgage, stay away from this branch. A bunch of incompetent, disastrously unprofessional bankers almost ruined our lives by constantly delaying, miscommunicating, missing deadlines, providing the wrong information, etc., tactics. One hand does not know what the other does, and it resulted in costing us a lot more than they initially said, and what we expected. Their internal communication and documentation was so bad that we were left with totally insufficient information. We had to ask the same questions many times with unsatisfying results. At then end you feel you've done all the work and they have none.
