I was very disappointed. I had purchased 2 gifts for my husband and daughter for Christmas. Neither ended up working out, so I returned them promptly. Mainly because I saw we only had a small window of time to return the items. I could tell the girl was irritated when I walked up. No hello - no nothing. The only thing she said the whole time was ""Do you have your card?"" No thank you for shopping, Nothing. Thank goodness I knew what was going on because she gave no direction. Basically she came off as snooty! Too many other places to go to worry about going back to Active Endeavors.
