This man is a FRAUD. He decides to void contracts he enters into with subcontractors, which results liens being filed on property owners, through no fault of their own. He has been sued REPEATEDLY, and beaten every time. DO NOT let Mr. alnobani, or Fareez, whichever alias he is currently using (of which about 10 different aliases are known) anywhere near your property. Check court records throughout S.W. Ohio, you will see that what I have said is 100% true.
