So, the only experience I had with this agency is that I guess I made the unfortunate mistake of calling twice to ask what was required to use this food bank & directions to their Orangevale location. They have an answering machine on which they tell you their days & hours of operation & also the 3 other locations they have, which included Eldorado Hills, Granite Bay & OrangeVale with a cheery God bless (or something to that affect) at the conclusion. Since OrangeVale was much closer than Folsom, I left a msg. requesting they call me back, so we could get the address.
I got a call the next day alright, from the rudest woman I've ever had the displeasure of listening to.

(why do they tell you they have other locations if they refuse to tell you where there at!?) All in all, worst Food Bank experience I've ever had in 30 yrs. I'll starve before I go there. As it is....i'm just goin hungry.
