Ordered 2 pair of glasses 5 weeks ago. First, they never called me when they were ready & acted as if I was bothering them when I called and said they'd check on it & call back but never did. Finally, 3 wks after purchase they called. Went in to pickup my glasses & the left lense of both pair were scratched to the point of not being able to see. They promised to redo but 10 days later when I go back the same exact problem on both pair. Obviously, they never made any attempt to redo. At this point if I don't get what I paid for I want a refund because I don't trust these folks know what they're doing or care enough to do it right.
