Based on the other reviews, I so wanted to be pleased, and was very patient with this guy, knowing that sometimes with small businesses you do have to cut people slack with time frames, etc. But it got ridiculous. He took over a month to get my computer running, and at the end of the that time, it still wasn't up to what it originally was. He replaced some parts that were not of the same caliber as the originals. Parts I waited weeks for him to get. Really? Three weeks to get a part? Let's face it, it's hard to be without a computer for that long. When the parts did come, it was another week to get them installed. Also, here's a biggie--HE DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!. You have to actually show up at this door to find out what is going on with the repairs. A month later, still waiting for a part, I gave up and took it somewhere else. Do not be fooled by his low prices, you will pay in the end in aggravation.
