I hired them based on the lowest price for a job the owner of the company, NM, quoted me among other contractors. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made.
The owner jacked up the price as the project moving along.
Their works are really sloppy. Superficially, they try to look good, but the problems are inside all over the place. Paint has been peeling off soon in a few weeks. The grout gets crumbling two weeks later. They damage electrical wires. Also damage structural beams, making walls very shaky to light push.
Once things turn worse. The owner starts showing up late, not taking calls, and eventually not showing up. The owner is a smooth talker and a trained con artist. His strength is a marketing, always trying to find next preys.
Now after all these money spent, wasting time and the owner is running away with a LOT of my money, I came to conclusion that the owner, NM, has no integrity nor honesty; and all he does is making pathetic excuses, blaming everybody else.
Most of the positive reviews online for this company seem made up by the company themselves.
I am strongly recommending everyone to avoid this company at all cost.
