Their fees have skyrocketed. Very friendly and folksy but beware...you can get a better interest on your loan from a dealer. Questionable practices with respect to their credit debit cards. One would expect to get the best rate from the facility owned by members........SOMEBODY is making money at this facility --but it sure as hell is not the teachers.
