I don't know whether Mr. Donohue is an effective advocate or not, but his dreadfully written radio ad - ""knuckles of brass??"" - is a very poor endorsement for his services. Brass knuckles are tools of the lowly thug. That he would evoke a mobster image when he is attempting to be an every man with a ""heart of gold"" is unfortunate, even if accidental. Bad message all 'round.
