One star is too high for this salon. I went in the day before for a color consultation with the owner/stylist. I said I only wanted the new growth colored and I didn't want her to touch the existing color. I asked her if she could match my color and she said, ""Of course! No problem, no problem. I may have to blend it a little."" She lied. She applied the color, by the time she came back, some of my hair had fallen out. I went in a beautiful Gwen Stefani blond and came out a purplish, pink, grey! She quoted me $75 for a one process, saying it might take more than one process. I got a one process and she charged me $95. I can't upload a photo, but I would love to post a before and after picture and let you see the disaster for yourself.
