We are a classic car dealer and shipped 2 vehicles from the us to switzerland. We had the vehicles professionally inspected prior to departure (2 days prior). The vehicles had just undergone complete restorations and were in pristine condition. Mysteriously one of the vehicles (which had been in our showroom for over a year) developed a massive fuel leak in transit. Ship overseas sent us a bill for an additional $1000 or they wouldn't release the vehicle. Our customer purchased insurance for the transport but of course this was not considered damage. We paid the bill (what choice did we have) and will never ship through them again...
