Service is terrible, it will go down for whole evenings on the internet side, cable signal can be horrible, never tried the phone but heard tons of complaints. They just send guys out who invariably say there is a bad signal and that's it, they'll just throw a new cable modem and a pat on your back.
Lousy company, their old commercials were a joke, so glad I'm moving to Texas where I won't have to deal with these assclowns.
