My biggest complaint is the delivery schedule. When I ordered the dresser on a Sunday, I was told that they could not deliver the item before Wednesday- a three day wait. However, they could not give me even the window of delivery time until the day before my delivery between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. Meaning that I could not make any plans or other appointments until possibly as late as 8pm the night before. If you are booked three days in advance, how can you not organize the delivery schedule with at least a one day advance schedule? It was inconvenient and sullied an otherwise positive experience.""
