We received a call back stating our sofa was damaged once they opened the box and it would take 2 wks for another to be delivered. This was not acceptable as we had family arriving for the wkend and needed the furniture. I placed a call to the store manager who said she would look into it and call me back. She did not. The next day I called the store. The manager had located another sofa and set if for delivery but had not called me back. Although she did take care of the problem, the best customer service would have been for her to call me back and let me know it was resolved.""
