Defendant (agreed) that he told his workers to use too much chemical % when performing a mold removal/prevention clean-up which resulted in damaged to clothing and bedding. He promised to refund any damage but after I sent him the amount, I never heard from him again. Still trying to contact him (or anyone in the office) who can help me with the promise, still have not received a reimbursement.
