My wife's BMW had a really rough week. Over the course of just a few days, the car was hit twice; once in the rear bumper and then again in the driver door.
I had never been to Berli's before, but I've driven past it a hundred times, and always noticed all the high end cars parked outside. I figured they must do good work, and that was confirmed by the BMW service specialist who told me that was the only place he took his cars.
I had planned to visit a couple of different body shops to see about getting the repairs done, but after visiting with Johnny Perez at Berli's, I didn't need to make another stop. The shop is immaculate, and the staff is professional and courteous. I have not seen a nicer automotive repair center.
The repairs were complete in a week just as Johnny said they would be, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Berli's did an amazing job on the car, and if I didn't know better, I would say the paint was done at the factory. Hopefully I wont need them again, but if I do, Berli's is the only body shop I would consider.
