I am grateful every day that Awakened yoga has joined the Sugar Land community. Grace has brought a wonderful studio with a great variety of yoga, with different levels, and has dedicated this studio to the art and devotion of teaching yoga. There are a variety of teachers, and ALL are great. They are as unique as their yoga practice and I have learned something from each of them, and enjoy the variety of their styles, energy, and flow. There is only one way to find out how amazing Awakened is, and that is by trying it, let it soak in, and keep trying it for at least 30 days, so that your heart, mind, body and soul can truly benefit from it. Yoga is more than physical, but there is no doubt that what you get is a physical athletic ""work out"". With and open mind and heart, you owe it to yourself. Yoga changed my life in so many positive ways. I hope to see you there, on your mat! Namaste.
