I lost my phone in an NY cab as it dropped my off at this Hilton Garden Inn. I went inside in a panic, but the desk clerk, Bob, was calm, polite, and very helpful. He called the phone for me several times and suggested that I try to locate it via the phone's built-in tracking software. He also connected me to the taxi company to file a missing property request. Finally, we were able to reach the taxi driver and get him to return my phone. Bob went above and beyond, and without his help I probably wouldn't have gotten my phone back!
