After having such a negative experience across the street at Santa Fe Leather (by Fred Meyer), I was reticent to even try to have the shoes repaired. However, I was greeted warmly and the staff was very helpful. They did a wonderful job. They even showed me how to use a product I was unfortunate enough to buy at Santa Fe Leather. Most stores would not teach you how to use a product from another store. They have a new customer.
