I will never go here again. This is the second time that I have set an appointment and when we arrive, they tell us they are running 1 hour behind. Our appointment was at 8:20PM. I have a 3 year old and a 10 month old. They told us that we could go eat dinner and they would call us when they were ready for us. I explained to them that I have 2 small children and that wasn't an option. They really didn't care. They didn't even apologize. I recommend that if they don't care enough about their customers then I would chose to go somewhere else. They had my phone number, they could have atleast called us to let us know that they were behind so we wouldn't have made the trip in the pooring rain.
