With no end in sight, I have been on hold with a recording that has the most asinine information ever. I called at 9:20 this morning and still at 10:32 only a recording with dumb music in the back ground. I need to know if you can't answer the initial call, how are you people providing a service efficiently? Oh yeah, everyone reading this, they force you to put down a star to rate them or you can't post.
