Not cold as in temperature although I wouldn't be surprised if the temperature does drop in the place because of how they treat their patients. My husband who so deemed by them is a brittle diabetic, meaning that he has diabetes critically bad. It's hard to control, etc. He has been a patient of their's for probably 5 years now and sometimes he would miss appointments due to his job or even his illness itself. He would call and cancel or change them sometimes, I readily admit there were times when they got no notice of it. But as a caring and responsible doctor's office I would think some of that would be expected.
