In August 2009, I contracted with Best Credit Repair Man to remove negative information from my Experian and Transunion credit reports.
I paid the full service fee of $500. They were unable to remove the negative information, and on June 15, 2010, I contacted them via email and first class mail requesting a refund. I have not received a response.
Their contract promises a full refund if they are unable to remove the negative information from reports. I want everyone to know that they don't refund anything.
Update December 2011: Best Credit Repairman has not refunded one penny. Avoid them!!!
