Would not let me take a tour of the kennels. On each of the three different occasions I took my puppy to this facility, the front office clerk found ways to belittle the way I train him. I have a degree in the veterinary field; I know a puppy will rarely if ever be perfectly trained, especially when only a few months old. Claimed he had food aggression issues because they took his bowl away from him while he was eating and he started scarfing the food (no biting, growling, etc). Reprimanded me because I do not dremmel his nails. Threw a pamphlet at me stating he has digging problems after he was left unsupervised and dug up their flower bed. In his most recent visit (only took him there because our preferred kennel was full for the holidays), he came back having chewed the hair off of his tail; never having done this before, it is a sign of distress. Would NOT recommend this facility.
