Please do not go here if you want HONEST service. After waiting 10 minutes and seeing 4 huge odd looking boys come out of the back room dazed and confused - I should have known better! I specifically asked the strange beings ""WILL YOU CHARGE ME IF MY CAR FAILS"" The answer I got was NO PROBLEM WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! Low and behold if the red haired leader of the pack said ""this is whats wrong with the car"" - I said yes I knew the light was on I already told you - I said last year when I was here you people cleared the light and did the test and it passed. I told you I did not want to do the inspection if there was a chance it would fail and I would be charged!!! I explained that I would just go straight to my mechanic! WELL THE IDIOT PICKS UP A SIGN THAT WAS FACE DOWN ON THE COUNTER AND SAID SOMETHING ABOUT A FEDERAL LAW!!! I was horrified - and shocked that I had just been so unbelieveably lied too and SCAMMED. I refused to pay and asked for the manger the weird red haired kid from venus said he was the manager - HOW CONVENIENT! I asked for the owner - HE SAID THE OWNER IS GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME THING! Please don't go to this place - they are obviously trying to make a dollar any way they can - their service is horrible - a company with absolutely NO INTEGRITY - I am sure if all the cans of worms were open - we would find that most of the Katy community has been ripped off by this fine establishment! STAY AWAY!
