It took Carefree Comfort a couple weeks to get back to me and schedule an appointment, but I anticipate that is because they are very busy due to the fact they come very highly recommended. Once scheduled they arrived on time and did a great job cleaning and checking my furnace. They were also answered all of my questions and gave me a few recommendations to help my house be more efficient. I'm a very satisfied customer and plan on using them again next year.
