The shoe repairs were not a quality job, I brought in two pair of Nine West casual flat sandals that had split at the heel. I wasn't sure if they could be repaired, but really like them and asked the cobbler to let me know if they could be fixed or not. They came back with thick threads all over the side and back of the shoe and the foot bed. Looks horrible. Also had a pair with a buckle which had lost 1 rivet, they came back with all rivets missing and were just the posts in the holes with nothing to secure them. Very expensive as well. Will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.
