I rented two items from them on two different occasions. Neither worked. I called to get assistance and they tried to help, but no luck. I brought the items back and asked for my rental fee back on each occasion. I was met with skepticism each time. The second time the owner yelled at me, accused me of being a liar and called me a f******. Most unprofessional outfit I've ever been associated with.
