We recently purchased a snowblower and were very impressed with the friendliness and courtesy of the people who worked with us. They took the time to explain different options to us and did not try to steer us toward a particular make/model. Delivery included a demo and tutorial on how to use the machine, which was very helpful. Not only was the price the same as at major retailers, but delivery was free!
Of note, we had visited another local lawn and power equipment company before going to Metro West, but were very disappointed with the customer service. Metro West was a welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
