Horrible customer service 12/23/2011

My first bill after i bought a new basic phone showed a $10 email charge. I went in to this store to discuss it and told the staff that i was not notified that in order to have this phone you must purchase email on it. I signed nothing saying that i was informed and accept this additional charge. I talked with the manager to discuss getting this charge off of my bill. Instead, he called me a ""liar"" and told me ""the staff had to of notified me because they are trained to do so"". He refused to believe anything else and told me he would do nothing to with the bill. more
