We hired Terhune to build our custom home this past February and it was a nightmare! Rhonda and her staff embezzled all our funds and never paid a sub contractor. We are devastated. To hide, she is attempting to file bankruptcy. Is this a negative review? It may be, but it is honest and truthful!
