The woman at the front desk laughed at some of my questions that I asked her and the had the balls to question my responsibility as a dog owner! If you are going to pay to take your dog somewhere maybe laughter at very legitimate questions is not something you should pay for. Horrible customer service, just horrible. The only reason for having even one star is because I had to rate it.
