My boyfriend and I are completely remodeling our bathroom and went here looking for a bathroom and shower faucet. The day we could go, I took off work, the showroom was closed because Matthew called off. I called the store the next day to get pricing and availability and at least Matthew showed up for work, but couldn't be bothered with me. The worst!!! I hope he is replaced soon. Because of him Robertson lost a $1,000+ sale. We're doing the kitchen next and they have lost that sale too.
