I can't figure out why the Hilton brand keeps going to hell. I keep telling myself that I will never stay at a Hilton again, and then someone books me in a Hilton hotel. All I can say is that I am glad I didn't have to pay for the room. The service, the food and the room were all substandard, the value.. none. Hopefully this is my last stay at any Hilton hotel.
