One star is actually too much.Benjamin Campbell CONTACTED ME to clean the windows of my 3 story building. He sched an appt for later the same day to give me a bid. Did not show up or call.He arbitrarily shows up 2 weeks later unannounced.We confirmed a date of Dec 10 to arrive between 9 to 9:30 am. At the end of the conversation,I asked him to call to let me or my mgr know if he had a problem keeping the sched appt.( because of his previous behavior). He NO SHOWED -NO CALL AGAIN. Called him. Said he didn't like the tone of my voice and my attitude when I asked him to call if he had a problem keeping the appt. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Please read all internet reviews especially Insiderpages. This is obviously a pattern. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable company with standards and work ethics
