Dear Curtis, Monica and Bianca, Thank you so much for helping me understand the necessity of carrying uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage for my ""paid off"" car.my Dad was a bit ""old school"" and thought once a car was paid off, it only needed liability only. Now that you've explained it to me, I feel so fortunate that I have the coverage, and I even understand WHY I have the coverage. You are all so knowledgeable; I do not understand why anyone would have their insurance anywhere other than with your agency! I tell all my friends about you, and they always come back and tell me how happy they are they called you. They're generally surprised about the price (in a good way) and they tell me they are happy you don't treat them with any less respect just because they know nothing about insurance. I always have complete confidence that if I need to know anything about home, auto, life or health insurance, I have only one call to make, and that is to you! Thank you for everything!
