I am still trying to recover from this horrible experience that cost me approximately $5,000.00!! The CUSTOM DRAPES and CUSTOM HARDWARE were not delivered within the established time. When I contacted the owners and tried to get information on estimated delivery, I was given the ""run around"" and calls regarding follow-up were not returned as promised. It was after making several trips to the store and speaking with the owners (who repeatedly made false promises of expediting delivery) and demanding resolution, that I was able to get my drapes. The nightmare continued because the drapes and rods that I received did not meet measured specifications and it 6 MONTHS to get the problems resolved. During these economic hard times, it blows my mind that a business would treat any customer with the lack of integrity, professionalism, and human respect that I unfortunately encountered. more
