I entered the store on a very busy day. I was quickly aknowledged and they were working with the other customers quite professionally while I was waiting. Once I was waited on, the gentleman was very patient with me, as I was someone who was 1st time customer. While I found a product I was quite happy with, due to my own time restrictions I wasn't able to complete the purchase. Once I got home and did some price comparisons I was able to find a better price at competitor, but I appreciated the attendant patience and knowledge.
