I took off work to meet a plumber in a 2 hour time period. Thirty minutes after the time period expired I called the company. They didn't have any record of my order and said they were now all booked up and would need to reschedule for another day. While I was on hold (it was obvious they were disorganized as I told what I wanted and when I called to several different people) I saw the other comments here and decided that there is a pattern of disorganization and so I've called another company who will come out tonight with a $50 extra charge. $50 is a lot cheaper than me taking another day off of work.
I can't speak to the quality of the plumbers. It seems like the problem is the dispatch service and I wouldn't normally give a poor review for what might have been an honest mistake, but it seems like this company has a problem with these mistakes.
