I am the general manager for an automotive dealership in Nashville. We initially had several copy machines from another local company. I was visited several times, unannounced, by a team of Novacopy sales people. We eventually agreed to let Novacopy replace our machines with Konica Minolta machines. We were told that our lease payments would stay the same and that our copying speed, etc. would increase dramatically. However, within the first 6 months our copiers were experiencing constant jamming and unacceptable down times. We called customer service several times and had to wait several hours for someone to help us. It has been a year now and nothing has improved. Calling customer service is a waste of our time and just adds insult to injury. Don't make the same mistake we did. Do your research before signing a 5 year lease with this company.
