I have never written a review because i have never had to. But Mailboxes Plus in G.V. has made me so UPSET AND MAD that i had to. I used there internet as well as their printer at least 5 days a week. I consider that to be pretty loyal and also good for their business as i could go to the public library and USE the INTERNET FOR FREE!!! Now situation that happened was, i signed in at 1;04 and used the computer for 15min which is $1.50 HOWEVER the lady behind the counter accused me of getting there at 1;02 and then went ON TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $1.50. Now first of all i am a good customer she sees all the time. 2 - even if i had gone over by 2 minutes you would think that it would be good customer service to let that go 3- do you think it is good customer service to accuse your customer of lying? I am such an honest person as i even looked at the clock 3 times to make sure i wrote the right time down and then to be accused of getting there earlier than i did and then to be charged more money for a time i did not use. This IS TO ME THE WORST KIND OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS. THE LADY WHO DID THIS SHOULD REALLY HAVE A GOOD TALKING TO.
