We took a very large plasma TV into here after Sears Service tried three times to fix a year old Hitachi. It turned out that Sears has mis-mounted a board and caused two other boards to burn out.
It took a while to find the parts, but the bill was very reasonable and the set works perfectly.
As an aside, while Hitachi warranties the set for three years, Sears only gives one year when they sell it. Sears took over six weeks to mess things up and the set was out of warranty by two weeks and they said tough luck.
Kentronics may look cluttered, but the guy is a professional and can get parts for almost anything. He'll fix things that the box stores say they can't or won't. Well worth the time to use him in our book. We sent several friends there and he's done well by everyone we know.
