Went here for the first time a couple days ago with my girlfriend's car. It would start up some of the time and then wouldn't work at all. Finally we got it towed to Fitzgeralds because the shop is around the corner from my place. Now, everyone who I spoke to about the situation, whether it was the tow truck driver or coworkers all said it was the starter or some other piece of machinery that makes the car go (obviously as you can see I don't know much about cars) After Fitzgeralds did their inspection they found that all that was needed was a new battery (it had a short which was why we couldn't get it to jump). Fitzgeralds could have emptied my wallet with unnecessary work and could have made a killing from me. Instead they were honest which has given them a lifelong customer in me.
