Just a quick update to my review from 12/29/11. It's now a week later, and I've yet to receive my paltry $25 credit for a $110 order that Lexis completely ruined. After calling Lexis Florist today for an update, and after having been told multiple times on multiple occasions that the refund had been processed, the manager today told me that she hadn't done it yet. She wondered why I was worried - "it's just $25. It's not like you placed a $300 order or something. That's why I havent' done it. Please stop calling."
