I came here planning to write a disparaging review, but the woman who wrote the other one in January beat me to it. Exactly the same. Except they wanted to charge me $9. When I told them I could show them proof of insurance from my homeowners the FOLLOWING DAY, they said that would be fine, but I still couldn't be refunded the $9 for that month (which was NOT pro-rated, either. Run away. Try someone else...glad Bob isn't my uncle!
