My experiences with this company were just awful. Be aware when you use this company for any appliance repair that you are calling a broker who in turn calls an independent contractor on his list. Accountability is missing. The first time I used Advance, the repair guy went to get a part to fix my refrigerator/freezer and disappeared for about 5 hours. (Note that my food is thawing while I wait for him to return.) His excuse: traffic! The second time I used Advance, my dryer repair lasted a couple of days before it stopped working again. I got my money back for the labor charge, but never got a refund on the service call charge even though they never repaired the dryer.
