Not the BEST by far!! We had a tree removed from our front yard and there was damage done to our gutter and our siding when a log came crashing down on our house. When we called to report the damage my husband was yelled at and told that the crew that came out said nothing happened to our house and that we were lying(this was after my husband talked to the crew while they were here and the head guy said that he was sorry and would try to pound out the gutter before he left). After days of back and forth phone calls Best finally agreed to fix the damage and we were supposed to send them 2 quotes for repairs. My husband did this immediately and someone from a completely different company came out and fixed our siding and tried to pound out our gutter. The gutter still still looked very dented. When we called back to have the gutter replaced the guy at Best denied that they ever did any damage again and refused to replace our gutter. He said they pounded out our gutter as a 'courtesy'. On our last phone call with Best we were told that we can take him to small claims court and get it sorted out there because he refused to pay any more. We should not be responsible for any damage that was done and now we are left with a dented gutter in the front of our house or have to pay court costs. I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know to never use them! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!
