We have purchased several fork lifts from this company. During a recent request for a safety training DVD, the company charged us $400 for the DVD. After speaking with a sales rep, it seems that our business is not valued. I was told that if i purchsed another fork lift they could include the dvd for no charge. As a business owner, I would not be willing to lose a customer that has spent thousands of dollars over a $400 DVD. Pros: null Cons: null more
