We brought our happy, playful puppy here to be boarded for a week with her own food, bed, and toys. My husband was shown the back yard where the dogs run and play but he didn't see where our dog would sleep, he was just told it was a calm environment. When I came to pick our dog up we waited for almost 10 minutes until the employee said I would have to come to the back to get my dog because she couldn't. There was so much noise in the back, all the dogs barking at each other. The place was like a smelly dungeon with very dim lighting and I found my puppy shaking nervously in the corner of her wire fenced cage. My puppy was so nervous that she would take a few steps towards me and then go back to the corner shaking- she didn't have her bed, toys or food in her cage instead there was a towel, a stuffed animal and a small bowl of uneaten food that wasn't even her food. You couldn't pay me to go back here and I feel terrible for whatever my puppy went through. Overall this place is old, smelly, poor conditions and under-staffed, not the place to take your beloved family member.
