I was very disappointed with A2Z. Quraish, the service manager, seems to be a nice guy with good intentions but ultimately, he failed to demonstrate good technical skills in root causing my washer unit. He initially stated that the problem was the motor/control assembly. After speaking with GE, he later shared with me that the problem was not the motor/control assembly but the transmission. If I had wanted GE to diagnose my unit, I would not have ever called A2Z! He basically admitted to improperly/incorrectly diagnosing my unit's failure mode but only after I had ordered the parts from GE and he no longer willing to install them. SO here I am with parts to repair my unit and no company to install them. Maybe my experience is a rare one; just be careful if you decide to utilize this company's services.
